GROUND TECHNICIANS TRAINING

Ground technicians are responsible for maintaining and repairing the aircraft and the equipment that is used to support air travel. As such, they require specialized training to ensure that they can perform their jobs effectively and safely. Ground technician training programs cover a wide range of topics, including aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and troubleshooting.

Ground technician training typically involves both classroom and hands-on training. Students learn about the various systems that are used in aircraft, such as electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems. They also learn how to perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as engine checks and component replacements. Additionally, ground technicians are trained in safety procedures to ensure that they can work safely around aircraft.

Their duty is to do testing and repairing of the aircraft equipment and other parts of an aircraft. They have to understand the reason behind the damage of aircraft components and repair those parts.
