CABIN CREW TRAINING

Cabin crew members play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of airline passengers. As such, airlines require their cabin crew to undergo extensive training before they can start working. Cabin crew training programs cover a wide range of topics, including safety procedures, emergency protocols, first aid, customer service, and communication skills.

Cabin crew training typically involves both classroom and practical training. Students learn about the various safety procedures and protocols that are in place to ensure the safety of passengers. They also learn how to handle various emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, turbulence, and fires. Additionally, cabin crew members are trained in customer service skills, such as how to handle difficult passengers and how to provide exceptional service to all passengers.

The Cabin Crew program covers air hostess /or flight steward (male). They are responsible for the comfort of the passengers, welfare and safety of the passengers on board.
